Elena Villa
Graduated in modern languages at the Università degli Studi di Milano, she is literatue and art history teacher. After the degree she attended the Promoitals Master for Italian culture and language teaching to foreigners at the Università degli Studi di Milano. She is linguistic CELI assessor, title obtained at the end of a qualification course at the Università per Stranieri di Perugia (CVCL). Further to her duties as middle and high school teacher, she is Italian language and culture teacher for foreigners at the Università degli studi di Milano (CALCIF – Centro d’Ateneo for the promotion and teaching of the Italian language and culture “Chiara e Giuseppe Feltrinelli” – Università degli Studi di Milano) where she worked with students of different level (A1-C2) and ethnic group (Erasmus and chinese backgorund students). She collaborated with CPIA (former CTP) of Monza and Lissone, holding Italian language courses to immigrants of different nationalities (especially adult students with arabic, hispanic amd chinese background), working on every level of the QCER.
She deals with linguistic facilitation and support, collaborating also with secondarie di primo grado schools and private associations, with special focus on the language for the study and simplification of school manuals. Moreover she collaborates, by means of funding grants, with some social cooperatives of the Lecco area, as Italian L2 language and expert of literacy for arabic mother tongue scholars (illiterate arabic women).
